The Four Largest SIPP Providers with no set up charges

Hargreaves Landsdown: An Independent Financial services provider who have a Vantage SIPP which allows a variety of holdings and no transfer in fees. There are over 1700 funds available that also charge no annual fees. They also pay interest of 4.5% on balances of over £7,000 which is extremely useful in the current market where investors may need to transfer out of holdings for the short term.

Fidelity Funds Network: Fidelity is one of the UKs largest investment fund managers. They have an annual management charge of £260 which is currently being waived for new investors.

James Hay: Part of the Santander group (Abbey Group) they are the largest SIPP provider in the UK.  They have a variety of SIPP options including the eSIPP which allows for online trading and dealing.
